Words do not justly describe the relationship we have developed. It is much more than purchaser and builder. I could not express totally our feelings of what our experience has been like. It is a privilege to be able to write this.

In May of 2007 we contracted with Warner Family Homes to construct our new home in St. Martin’s Estate. Like many first time builders we were very apprehensive. To ask someone to build you a home, that you had really only seen on a set of plans was a bold step. The team Warner Family Homes has put together is absolutely outstanding. Ms. Sheri Deep, with Brand Banking Mortgage, handled all the financing. She secured the best interest rate possible and updated us on every step throughout the process. Ms. Ginny Gilbert, Agent for Warner Family Homes, was outstanding. Ginny was on the site everyday, always cheerful and willing to help with every question or concern. Every e-mail was answered and every phone call was returned. Most of the time the same day and never past 24 hours. We were treated like this was the only home Warner Family Homes was building. Ginny was always accessible and willing to do anything she could to help. If she told you Justin would return a phone call, he did. Many times she was in the model home past 7:30 PM answering questions or meeting with other potential home purchasers.

Justin Warner is the builder. I know why he and his team will be successful. He is honest, builds exceptional quality homes, has integrity, and takes personal pride in every home he builds. He is on site every day and never dodged stopping to speak or ask how things were going. You deal with the owner not a supervisor or project manager. Everything done is quality. He does not use “builder grade materials”. He doesn’t cut corners. From custom cabinets, stamped concrete driveways, Lift Master Garage Door Openers, Lenox cooling and heating systems, everything is done with quality being the ultimate goal. Justin takes pride in what he builds. I truly believe that every home he builds he ask himself would” I purchase this home for my family.” He treats the construction process and final product as if he was purchasing the home. Many upgrades for other builders are standards for Warner Family Homes. Justin did everything he said he would do. From meeting the closing date we agreed on to changing two lights on the deck, because he did not like the way they looked. He replaced these at his cost and put in a more expensive light fixture, simply because it was not the quality he wanted on “his home”. Every request we made for an upgrade or change was addressed fully. He did everything possible to make it happen and if he could not do it , he explained fully his reasoning. Prior to construction, he personally spent 5 hours redesigning the kitchen , because we wanted it reversed on the plan. He made it happen. His integrity is above reproach. When he told you something, it just happened. His word is better than a signed contract.

We have a beautiful home. This could not have happened without a total commitment from Warner Family Homes to take personal pride in constructing a superior quality home exceeding our expectations.

St. Martin Estates was the first neighborhood we found that offered unique floor plans and the quality details and features that we were looking for in our next home.
